CRADLE TO GRAVE ACQUISITION SUPPORT
Argus provides cradle-to-grave acquisition support that allows contracting officers to efficiently develop and execute acquisition strategies and plans. We offer unmatched, up-to-date knowledge of DOD/Commercial procurement process and can help our clients understand the intricate rules, guidelines, and regulations. Argus personnel have experience with pre-award & post award efforts including performing market research, developing acquisition plans, and preparing justifications.

CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION
We assist our clients in measuring financial systems to isolate deficiencies and data reliability. We help to develop procedures to track our clients’ contracts. We assist in preparing financial reports that contain detailed records of contract commitments, obligations, and expenditures. Other expertise include: Processing task orders, close-outs, kick-off meetings, modifications, equitable adjustments, and small business report. Federal Acquisition Regulation, OMB Circular standards, the Anti-Deficiency Act, and other pertinent regulations are followed, executed, and are kept up to date.

PROGRAM MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ASSESSMENTS
Our team of skilled professionals provide the direction and oversight our clients need consisting of multiple projects including project needs assessments, design, development, and delivery. Argus will ensure project schedules are met and system resources are used efficiently and that all required resources including qualified personnel, production standards, computer time, and facilities are available for program implementation.
